Hotel has its own parking, friendly staff and looks quite modern. Good location, walking distance of Luppo Mall and Puri Indah Mall, a hypermarket and a supermarket. The front of the hotel oversees on the street side and earplugs are recommended for a good night sleep as they tend to have illegal street races or just loud motorcycles/cars driving past it. The back oversees the neighborhood but earplugs are also recommend due to several mosques that loudly announce their prayers. The elevator only gives you access to your own floor by card or the hotel bar on the 10th floor - we did not visit the latter. The rooms are tidy, sufficiently spacious, we were happy with the beds and pillows. Bathroom was a bit small, but had proper shower and water pressure, tooth brush, cotton swabs and a shower cap. 2-in-1 shower gel was provided but I prefer my own. Housekeeper Abi and his trainee are super friendly, they do their utmost best to give you a pleasant stay. There is a laundry service, which we used and are quite satisfied with. Our stay was very pleasant and we recommend Neo Hotel Puri Indah if you would like to have a good value for your money.

Good location - on the main street; Jalan Kembangan Raya - good access and easy to find. Convenience store nearby; walking distance to shopping malls. 30 minutes to/from Soekarno-Hatta airport (if traffic was good). Room was quite spacious with nice furnitures. Interior was modern and clean. Big windows were a plus. Amenities were fine. Bathroom was very good. Lighting was good. TV channels were excellent. Wi-Fi worked fine. Water dispenser available at the corridor - which is excellent. Service was excellent. Good value for money.

Location is good for transit. It took about 30m drive only to go to the airport, no jams.

The room was spacious. There was hot water for the showers. They used a environmentally jug instead of providing disposable water bottles. They have breakfast prepared even though I checked out very early at 415am. And had the bluebird ready to go.
